The project is aimed at improving the skills of teachers and school administrations through training in modern project management methods, digital literacy and attracting additional funding for the restoration and development of the educational sphere, which has suffered the devastating effects of the war. The initiative is aimed at solving urgent problems, in particular, long-term distance learning, a decrease in the quality of the educational process and the lack of skills to develop innovative projects in schools, which are important centers of civil society in the regions.Due to the integration of new management approaches and digital solutions, the project will contribute to the formation of stable conditions for full-time and distance learning, strengthen the role of local communities and ensure the sustainable recovery and development of the educational system of Ukraine.
