On July 28, NGO Resource Center (NGORC) signed a Strategic Partnership Memorandum with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Five other Ukrainian organizations signed similar partnership agreements alongside us.
This step moves our cooperation into a long-term dimension. It is built on an equal exchange of professional expertise in protection, localization, civil society development, and advocacy. For us, this is also a natural continuation of our established work, including our joint project on strengthening the GBV response system in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
We are deeply honored to enter this strategic framework and immensely grateful to the IRC team for their trust, equitable approach, and shared vision in building this milestone partnership together.
